Some photos found on my old hard drive.The bottom picture is from my Ebay file when i've been selling the complete FH-215R along with extra CDP Digital unit.
Also if anybody interested I have an original Service Manuasl for FH-3,FH-55W, also Sony CF-580.
Sony Discman D-50MkII/D-7S, D-77.
And Service Manual for Toshiba KT-S2, stereo cassette player.
Man those units look powerful, not the same but i have a fh-7 and it kicks like a mule.
I love all this units, a had one FH-215R, sold a few years ago.
They really have a good build quality.
Is this what you have?
These are great, I still have the FH-606R I purchased in 1990.

well mine is only FH-7
NOT MK11 i dont know what is the difference but it kicks really hard.
