Hi Radio Raheem.. if you do get an advert (I think it was something like swarovski) then just click the X in the top right of the advert). Annoying, I know, but when done you can click the little pictures/icons that'll take you to the scans.

ao - 2012-02-25 09:28

Just click the big 'X Close' top right Reno.

You could try posting your own ad in the 'wanted' section, just a thought.

boodokhan - 2014-06-10 22:12

It would be even better if there was a search option to type the model# and see the catalogue

This is an archive of catalogues in chronological order, not an interactive page. It's already a great resource, so hat off to whoever made it available! Of course, additional options are always better. Best would be one allowing download of the box itself: right onto the desk, no need of 3-D printer...

Thanks AO, this is going to give me quite a few hours of viewing pleasure, great links. You know how I love old catalogues!

It's more to do with my on-going commentary on a man's fascination with something so unfascinating

That fighting talk, that is

ao - 2014-06-12 01:52

I'll never forget the day you first came to our house in Redhill back in, christ, 2003 or thereabouts.  You brought the Superb Aiwa walkman which I was genuinely impressed with and of course, in came the Hitachi 3D.  The look on your face as you pushed 'play'.  2 mins into Paul Hardcastle or Herbie Hancock, can't remember which and I could see your face through the corner of my eye and I could tell i was in the presence of a 'special' relationship, not unlike a father at a son's football match, everyone else can see he can't play for toffee but the father will fight you were to dare to suggested otherwise.

It's clearly an obsession you will take to your grave and I can sense it probably causes you immense unease to think of the poor 3Ds around the country sitting in the back of dubiously MOT'd Transit vans daubed with splatterings of magnolia.

This I can only applaud....

But they are crap

If that 3D7 could talk it would have some stories to tell, that's for sure...
