Good grief, where did this walkman come from.   Never seen the MR-JJ11 in my life, how wonderful.  Anyone else seen one of these?

It looks like a further twist on the M-G2 form factor with logic controls positioned on the lid.

Retro, you never cease to amaze me with these scans, many thanks buddy.

Another great brochure, nice one!

That FF7 looks like a sweet catch

seb968 - 2013-11-06 07:37

Yes the FF7 does look nice, reminds me of my Sharp QT-90!

Damn, that Big Ben was like 950.00 dollars at that time. Buying new packs of batteries, metal cassettes and a carrying strap puts this purchase to a thousand dollars.

Agentorange, I have seen one of the Sanyo JJ11 on a Japanese auction in mint condition but US bidders were not allowed.  This is the Walkman I am constantly looking for.  Sanyo Had some real "sleeper models" Great Scans, and again many thanks.  Still drooling over these pictures 26 years later. I have some Aiwa Catalogs I will try to post real soon.

Cheers
