Never knew this model existed until now, just when I thought I've seen them all.

Canary RCD-8

The Atlantic Canary is already a rare bird:

But the Pacific Canary was unheard of until today! Note, however, the way the speakers spread their wings (so to speak) in such a way as to recreate the shape of her islands of origin:

I'm imagining a GF-777 ripoff in the same yellow tint as a canary

lav.loo - 2013-07-23 11:28

Looks like a Korean 777 clone, am I right?

michiel - 2013-07-23 13:03

A 3 piece 777? Cool!

nevone - 2013-07-23 13:03

I would say clone to the 777 to a certain point where they ripped off the Toshiba as well for the detachable speakers.

retro - 2013-07-23 13:06

Yeah, it's a Chinese domestic clone that used a little of both the GF-777 and WX-1 concepts.

I like it, it looks cool and defo a new one on me too thanks for sharing Retro

blaster - 2013-07-23 14:12

wow, so many 777 imitations...looks cool...........like the say the best is often imitated but can never be duplicated.......thanks for sharing retro....oh yeah you right i see they bit off the wx-1 three piece feature...as well

andyboombox - 2013-07-24 04:03

looks great to be honest, like a wx1 has crashed into a 777-doesnt look badly constructed either, mind you due to its rarity its probably worth a 777 and wx1 combined lol

I quite like it too but the nicest feature is the perfectly reasonable and probably fairly accurate 40W per channel! No outrageous PMPO figures here!

Good on them.
