Lovely box, except, for the woofer surrounds. Would have been better without them, imho, like the trk8280.

Look on the back of the motor for a tiny hole, you can normally adjust the speed by turning a screw in here. Remember to use an insulated screwdriver or if you are unsure then adjust it while unplugged making tiny adjustments, test, then adjust again.

no adjustment in the rear of the engine

Follow the leads to and from the motor, often there is a board nearby with a regulator on, like a small screw inside a square housing which affects the speed. Look for one of these.
