Hi everyone. I will be listing this on ebay shortly. I saved this for another member here, dug it out, cleaned it up and boxed it up but haven't heard from him in awhile (over a month) and I think it's time to put it up. Everything I have is taking up 90% of my living space so I have hiding places for everything -- unfortunately, I am a packrat. I have to tippie toe around everything as it were. So once this thing got boxed up, it's now like an elephant in the room. I had put it in storage but don't feel comfortable leaving it there long term so it's back now and ready for a new home.

Anyhow, I've sold about a half dozen receivers already and so far, every one of them is still pounding away. I'm sure whoever buys this will be happy with it's performance. Last one I sold was for $239. I'll be asking $199 for this one but will discount another $20 to our members here, or will consider a nice trade.

SO, this is not a boombox. It is a Pioneer SX-850 stereo receiver.

That is one very nice stereo receiver Stormin Normin. It looks to be 1970's or early 80's vintage?? My husband has an older Panasonic receiver that is 1976-1977 vintage that is built like a tank, and still works great. I just love those older analog stereo receivers.
