Sharp 8989Well, maybe just a factory variation.....Or maybe his camera sucks at color accuracy.
I have one of those boxes, and the plastic is beige/tan in that particular area. Which isn't far off from orange if the camera sucks.
Possibly - Mine is slightly UV yellowed but not to that extent. I've never seen a version with that orangey brown though, and it's fairly bold colouring not just a hue. Odd.

i dont think its a variation,that looks like its discoloured over the years,it looks horible..i love the 8989,i have 3 of them..but that does'nt look like its worth £50,i doubt it will sell..
That "doubt you will see a better one" is kinda like what people say about the 777,everyone who ever sells one,they always say "very rare" which clearly they are not rare at all,theres always plenty on ebay all the time..

Without a doubt.
The 777 (and its variants) is the most common box on Ebay, for as long as I've been looking. Sometimes I wonder if China replicated them to the very last detail.
