well i ended up splitting the boomboxes. all i have left is my aiwa cs-m1 which i paid $540 or $550 from a uk seller. i had it serviced and the belt was replaced. it now plays, records, rewinds, ff...it sounds great. the only thing i did notice is that when tuning the fm stations the fm light does come on as tuning, but when you leave it on the station, it sounds mono...? the battery light too would come on at times. other than that, it's pretty great. i just want to get back what i paid for it. if anyone wants it here, i'll take the $450 + $13.00 shipping within the usa. overseas it has to ship priority, not first class because it's a high item.
love the panasonic but I am poor at the mo
You really need to split this auction if you want even half what you 'believe' these items to be worth. There are some very nice units here which individually may attract the right interest.
Maybe when the auction is over and you should try listing them individually. Also, you really need to take better pics to do these beauties justice, nice close-ups with the flash off. Lastly, nothing puts off a seller than a high reserve, there are more subtle ways to ensure they don't go for less than you want. A high reserve indicates that either the seller doesn't really want to sell or at least has some idea of what they may be worth.
That said, good luck & I hope it comes off for you.
