Thinning the herd...
Selling a near mint, fully functional Toshiba Bombeat System 1, aka the RT-8740S. I'll be getting some photos this weekend once I get home from a trip. Plan to put it on epay, but offering to members here first.
It's a ringer for this one, but mine's in much better condition:
http://xrl.us/bh4njkAlso, the Conion C-126. Again, will have photos by the weekend. Condition is good, but does have some marks and will need new belts. Also, I permanently removed the grills...they were dented and I liked the bare look better. I'll get photos posted on Saturday, and plan to put it on ebay Sunday night if nobody here grabs it first.
Let me know your offer for either and I'll consider. Will take cash, or possible trades on Sony FH or CFS models.
Im interested in the C-126 if its the right price.
Ok, will wait to tomorrow to upload pics, but I did grab some late night blackberry video of this box to demonstrate its features and any functional issues. Also, testing the alarm and scaring my dog.

Well, I used to think that model was large but I now see that it's teeny. Or at least it appears teeny.
Ok, finally got some time to upload pics. See here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?l79cb1o1zi3vrTo answer a few PMs, the speaker grills were removed long ago. Looks much better without grills, I think.
Also, I believe this box is one that would benefit from modern woofers. Nothing wrong with the originals, but the amp has way more power on tap. At half volume (already louder than a Lasonic TRC 931 at full squawk), you need to start dialing back bass. I was tempted to drop some heavier replacements in, but never got around to it...it would be C100-class or better with modern drivers, as they use the same amp.
@ Stormin Normin - Yes, it's a tiny thing.
Conion Super Jumbo sold.
Update: Buyer told no by wife...watch for auction link tomorrow.
