did you guys notice that the indicator lights for the bottom cassette dont work? watch out for that plus the price is 1200 dollars too much.

Ya, that price seems pretty rudiculous. That same seller is also selling a pretty minty JVC M70 - with $650 BIN. Which is also overpriced in today's market.

I noticed some superficial scratches but it looks pretty good. Maybe he bought this one from the enfamous Conion65 way back.

I emailed that guy as I deal with him once in a while as I bought two radio's from him in the past and I'll tell you I am totaly satisfied with what I bought from him even though I paid top dollar. I went to go see it in person as I was going to New Jersey today and I am really interested in a Mint Conion. Since I live in NY He is not to far from me. I have dealt with him before and have nothing bad to say aboout him. He is not lying about anything as I know what the original sticker looks like I asked him about the stickers he bought as I saw the auction and thought about buying them for myself for my not so minty Conion but he showed me the reproduction one still on the paper and it is shorter than the origianl one on the radio he has and also the letters on the original one are more bold than the reproduction one so Fatdog you need to change those to make it really look like the original but it was a nice try anyway. It really is in Excellent condition and the tape deck lights work fine. I looked at the auction tonight again and If you look at the night shot video you will see the lights moving fine. I tried to of course get it for less from him and he told me since I bought from him before he would sell it to me for less if it did not sell. So hopefully it won't sell and I get it for a lot less Anyway, I might seem like I am sticking up for him but he is a really nice person and is honest as his feedback shows. I think $2,000.00 is a lot of money but if I had it (call me a fool) I would buy it now.

Conionfx, I think the odds are very good that you will get a chance to get it after the auction ends. I really doubt it will sell for $2000 so good luck and let us know what happens.

Sorry to bring back an old topic, but I have been thinking about this one. Ever since JLF mentioned his "wandering eye", I think I actually COULD trade it all for a C-100f. Honestly. For some reason I have been seeing them in my sleep. I was watching Yo MTV raps recently and spotted one in a Common video from the early 90's and was sooo pumped! Every time I pass this barber shop in the way to work I get the suspicion that the owner has one and I daydream about walking by one day and seeing it out, striking up a deal with the owner and walking off with it... THAT'S FRICKIN' STRANGE! I just need one for some reason. So yes, if this seller said he'd swap, it'd be a done deal. The C-100f is at the top of my list. The top! Right under the M90..
