Well RBJ my Hood doesn't have Conions , I've only seen a few sell about 100 miles from me around San Francisco.

i blew it -- with a lowball offer !!
and then -- i found out that jared had been there an hour earlier --with even a more puny offer

anyhow --its sold on ebay for 500 or 600 --

the bottom line -- is that you should get right back in there --us locals suck
