OK....not really a monster box but big nonetheless. It has dual cassette drive, equalizer, Cr02 tape setting, CD/phono input, 2-way speaker system, etc. Has cool lighting effect for power level. Sound is absolutely fantastic and I was surprised how good it sounded.

Only issues I noticed that the antenna had been snapped off near the top segments, and the right side (playback only) tape drive is not functioning. Might just be a belt but not sure. Should not be too hard to fix.

Shouldn't be surprised too much at the sound. I believe JC Penny had rebadged Panasonic stuff (i.e. MCS brand) so it shouldn't sound bad. Good luck!
