This is a great sounding, high quality bbox with real hifi-sound. This one is the only one of this series (next to the Uher mini port hifi, Telefunken 9000, Universum Senator 1000 hifi) which got a battery box on board! But like all the others it just work with 220 Volt, or 12-16 Volt input.

Bbox is in great condition, no scratches or other marks, everything is original, complete and in working order - just the tape doesn't work. "Pause"-button is pushed, "Pause"-button-light is on, so I cannot start the tape.

Loewe is a german brand - they didn't produce that much bboxes. This one is the biggest they ever produce - top of the line. Everything is massive and in a great production quality. Wooden 2-way speakers, battery box never used! Very clean example.

Is Loewe a Philips brand? The only Loewe I have (a TR2820) I'm sure is a Philips. The manufacturing sticker (in the battery compartment) is the same type I've seen on Philips and Magnavox models.
