Before you
list an item on eBay for 10x what you paid for it at Value World, at least rub the thrift store price off the item. A mark-up like that tends to discourage potential customers.
Like I said, just some friendly advice.
baby boomer, That is crazy, How could he or she not notice that
.

Wisdom of the ages!
BB --were it not for the s/h --we could 'submit an offer' at the exact marker price
of course --you may have this model in every color anyway !!

That's stupid funny!!!
I wonder if she'll sell it?
if it does not come off at least they could put a two in front of the three.
She's from Oak Park, Michigan, which is right near here. Value World is the only thrift store around (there are about a dozen of them in the Detroit metro area) (very low-end places, the kind of thrifty that smells like a sweat/urine combo platter) that prices their items with a grease pencil. Trust me; it rubs off with one wipe (well, maybe two) of a shirt sleeve. (Or shouldn't I have said that?)
All of this just makes me wish I'd found it first. But, as usual, I've come up "a day late and a dollar short." (No, Ira, I don't have a pink Street Beat. Just a yellow one. Should I bid?)
