Yes it is in Uk..the start of derbyshire is about 10 miles from me,i am in manchester..glossop is the start of derbyshire,and it goes to buxton,matlock,bakewell and other nice places

I think Ive been in Derbyshire once on a college trip and it was some distance from here, not sure 100% how far though, I live in Hertfordshire you see (You will find Knebworth House, the old Vincent Motorcycle factory site, Hatfield house, rather famous film studios of which Ive forgotten the name, the setting of pride and predjudice and a few british celebrities here).

yo bm,i took a gamble on this lot,the guy relisted them minus the 8989 but with one of those philips studio things thrown in

i got them for 30 quid,i only took three of them and told him to put the philips and the sanyo back on,the sanyo was too far gone.

got them home and i was bowled over by the silver unit,ive bought silver before and wasnt expecting anything special,but the condition and features it has and the sound are great,its a nice heavy thing with a quality feel to it.

the teleton needs a bit of work so to does the panasonic but im happy with the lot,i would have paid 30 quid for the silver on its own.

Yayy thats great bison man..congrats mate...your doing well with this ghetto buying lark,your getting the hang of it quite well..that teleton may need work but its a rare classic,my cousin had the same box in the 80s,i remember the lights under the cassette deck,going to the beat..they are my favorite,big row of led's flashing to tha beat y'all,love it lol..

all you need now is an old soft T-shirt,sit there for hours and clean them up,i used to love doing that,good and relaxing..and passes time..

nice one bm,yeah the silver just needed a wipe over,the teleton needs an antenna and theres a tiny bit of silver trim missing off one of the dials too,should look ok once ive sorted it
