How common are those? Does anyone have an original? I've never seen one before!

That's ingenius...if they are somewhat water resistant (ie splash resistant) and prevent sand from getting in the box I could see these being hot sellers with the beach crowd...

But I've never seen those bags...were they offfered only on certain models are was it throughout the JVC lineup?

Have you seen those bags before deliverance? Were they popular sellers?

I don't recall those being sold here in Canada...ever. Maybe I just missed the "accessories" section in the store but that is boggling my mind.

no brutus i have not seen the bags before, maybe as you stated you could buy them at the time

Yeah, I would say the bag was an accessory... Thus not a lot around. A little like a shoulder strap for a GF9595... I have yet to see one those!

Agent, you say it has been up for sell for a year... Well, with the price, it might go for another year before it is ever sold (or more)!

Now, if it were a M90, for sure... that would have been sold in a heart-beat!!!!

several years ago -

i bought an m70 that had what looks like this identical JVC factory

bag - have since sold it -

but from memory -

it did have a protective soft cloth lining-

but was by no means waterproof ,

and it was sort of light and flimsy with no 'body'..

very rare option

I had one of those bags around 84. Carried my m70 in it.Needless to say the bag tore apart and my M70 was damaged. I just had my wife make a custom bag and i enjoy it more. Im going to get bags made for all my units. Great protection!!!
