A Panny egg

Panasonic RX-DT75 modified by Portogram.

Fully automated stereo from the remote control, top cover opens/shuts as does the deck doors and CD tray.

Both decks, cd, radio and line-in all working, as are all the speakers, this thing is very loud and sounds great.

Portogram are a company which modifies audio gear for the dance industry.

This box has had speed controls for the CD and the tape added, so you can speed up or slow down the music.

Bad bits, some times the remote does'nt work and you have to give it a tap on your leg. I think the batterys dont always connect properly.

Overall cosmetic condition isnt great with the grills a bit dented and a few scuffs here and there. This stereo lived its life in a dance school.

I also have original manuel somewhere but not sure where, i just remember it being very tatty.

Yes its big, its heavy, its loud. it would give alot of my boxes a run for thier money.

In fact it makes me wonder just how good are its bigger brothers like the dt707 and the dt909.

so thats why my ct990 has a rotary turn knob on top with a power switch next to it.....thanks for enlightening medoes give it away that it says portogram on top too though lol-this is a great box too-great sounding,ive had one a while ago

ive took the knob off the top of mine and returned it to the front position as it had no rotary knob on the volume control when i got itmy 990 is beaten up too mj but i dont care,the sound is crazy,eats a kaboom for breakfast

don't talk wet now andy the kaboom dp200 can't be beaten by anything as far as bass is concerned

if i didn't have the dt707 id be all over this...better than most of the classic boxes....glws
