I have had this for a few years it's in pretty good condition only slight marks on the chrome knobs the aerial , battery tray both ok i will try and add some pics when i figure out how to!! radio works but tape dosen't , guessing belts .This has a big sound and quite heavy so not sure about posting . Not sure about price maybe make me an offer

Wel I'm located in the Netherlands so shipping the box will make the box pretty expensive for me. So my offer would be disgustingly low, so I keep shut haha

Not far at all! My son did his first pub gig the other week as he's only just 18, he's done loads of parties and has played Richmond Live the last 3 years. Had a listen to your son and he's got some real talent there, very cool. Mine does mixing djing with house jungle drum'n'bass and all that stuff so its a whole lot of noise lol. Let me know when your son is next playing a Richmond pub and I might just turn up

I'll ask my son he may well have seen him already. Might be interested in the Sanyo

SOLD!!

John came round my house this aft...after a brew and a look at my collection we did the deal for this Sanyo. Always nice to deal face to face...John is a really nice bloke and the Sanyo is a bit of a belter for a smaller mid sized box.

Really like the two tone black and grey...the chrome buttons really shine in contrast to the black top. Love the huge chrome caps on the woofers and the chrome rings around both the woofers and the tweeters. Also loving those low down vu's. Has a heavy feel of quality about it and as Del says it sounds better than the likes of a 9191...pretty impressed.

Its all intact and in great condition....just needs a little bit of cleaning and a rebelt.

So thanks for the deal John! :-)

Cheers mate...it's better than I'd thought both in looks and sound. Once its serviced it might come to work with me for my desk, especially if I can get the clock going

cool . if the led screen is not blacked out and its just segments of the numbers missing , you can take the display apart clean it up and it should work

Clock display isn't black, just doesn't come on when a battery is put in. Not had a chance to look at it yet but would really like the clock to work. Will service the unit and have a look while I'm in there :-)

Yeh Seb there are a lot of quality Sanyos about...had maybe 6 so far and loved all but one and that was just a cheapo mini that just didn't match the high quality of the others...got rid of that one and have kept the rest :-)

Nice you got it Si! Would be ashame if it ended on eBay! Yes, sanyos are nice boxes! Still want one myself, cause I love clocks on bbxs! Have fun cleaning and doing the belts. Gonna be a rewarding job with these kind of boxes
