I bought 20 of these the last time when they were down to 1GBP each with free delivery.

Now they have left <100 tapes and priced at 79p each, but you have to call into your local store to pick them up. So for that price I couldn't resist it and bagged another 20.

This is a VERY good deal for those of you who use tapes. Even in this "not quite as good as they were in their heyday" guise, the SA90 is still a benchmark for quality. I may try & buy a case of 'em just to sell on one day...

I agree, these may not be the originals as made by TDK as they are the ones manufactured by Imation. However they are still a very good Type II tape and worth every pence of it.

I probably won't use all my SA90s either, as I have a stack of good quality pre-used blank tapes stashed away that I would use in preference to starting on these minty fresh ones.

I'm not sure how much NOS SA90s would fetch in a few years, if they are this cheap now.
