Just prepare to have deep pockets man...a good one of these is likely to set you back $1000.....alot of money just for a set of discolights imho...good luck in finding one..

Hi Alberto,i used to have a Discolite,mine was the Breakdancer BD8000,i loved it when i first got it,but after the fun of the lights faded,it became not a very nice box to own,the sound is really not good,not very much bass,and it basically had a flat sound to it..if you dont mind the poor sound,i think you will like it ...

this was mine..i sold it a few years ago..

 The Sigmatech on a side by side with my M-90 , was , believe it or not, as loud with more tonal control , more punch with the multi band eq.Compared to My Technidyne TD-7000 , the Sigmatech beats it hands down, no comparison in sound- although the 7000 does sound good. There is nothing hollow about this one built solid like a tank nothing flimsy about it- it sounds surprisingly good!

For those that have asked, yes the Sigmatech is a Vela.. I have attached a photo  showing the inside front panel speakers all marked Vela , and a shot of the box from the front..

funny running across this post, done biz with goffre in the past and i think he showed me a pic of his collection. lol  Nice!  Now im lookin for the larger vela breakdancer, I have the smaller vela disco lite with detachable speakers
