If any of you guys got a trk8080 for parting out, tel me.
thanks.
i might have it. can you post a pic of it so i can match it up
the board i have is slightly different
What is?
Hmm
If its 8080, I don't understand how is possible, same model with that big differences?
I think that your board will don't pass on mine plastic shanks.
If you think THAT is weird, then let me just say that MINE looks like a cross between these 2 boards. I THOUGHT the schematic in the service manual looked funny when I tried to diagnose mine, guess they have many variants of this model. Yours must be a european version because of the DIN input/outputs. Mine has in/outs like the one "sinister" has, with RCA ins/outs.
What's wrong with yours? Why not repair it?
The two IC's was blown up and who knows what else was gone, that why I've thought to search for another board.
I don't know whether this IC's is a special model for trk 8080 or these is some standardised IC's.
As you can see I can't reading all symbol because surface is impairing.
Stormin@: Maybe you can help me, if you chek on the service manual, what number and symbol got these IC's and post here, then I'll try to repair board.
Sinister@: Thanks for trying to help, obviously is many diferences between 8080 and 8180.
Thank you very much metad, for your answer and information.
Probably will be easier now to find replacement for this chips.
