Does anybody know where I can obtain a belt for the tape transport of a JVC RC-M70?

I believe the capstan still turns, but the cassette take-up reels fail to turn in either direction - which leads me to believe that the transport requires a new belt.

I'll have to disembowel my RC-M70 and find out what size belt that is...this isn't something I can do overnight, so patience please.
