Just what the subject line reads.
I'm looking for a
Sharp GF-4545 boombox in working order.
It was primarily dark grey in color, had a two-way speaker system (4" or 5" woofers, 1" or 1.5" peizoelectric tweeters), AM/FM radio tuner, and center-mounted cassette deck.
I believe it fed from six "C" cells.
This unit was available sometime in the early-1980s, and one of the things I liked about it was that it had good sound even when the batteries were depleted.
This is what a Sharp GF-4545 looks like.
This photograph is hosted on my own server; it is not hotlinked.

I'm still looking for one of these sweet boxes...and it's small enough that I can take it with me when I move later this month.
