I really like the 970, would like to get a nice one like in the pic though. I actually bid on the auction that came from and regret not bidding higher, It's easy to look back and second guess yourself.

skippy was after the 970 , so by posting the link to craiglist publicly , you are technically inviting anyone who reads to get on it , as apposed to "just" skippy . fatdogs comment was directed at member decentmanforyou (james) who buys most radios , and who has now seen the link , and as by his above post , is getting round to it now .

so by p.m ing the info , only skippy would have got it.

And as for FD - I couldn't agree with you more mate - I have exchanged some dialogue with him so far and found him to be a super nice guy also.

I found a couple Crown's out back of the local Goodwill,they had soooo many were just throwing them out in the dumpster. There were a couple of Aiwa compo's and a Jvc RC M90 that was new MIB too,but I passed on those junkers........
