I am so glad I found this site.

Having recently become highly interested in large Boomboxes following a vivid dream involving a huge stack/wall of them on a beach somehwere (don't laugh, I am sure there have been weirder ways for people to get on this path of enlightenment!!) - I am keen to get a collection going..

So, following some reasearch and picking up a GF777, an immediate wish list has formed in my mind, with a slight focus on aiming 'BIG' :

Sharp GF-1000
Dynasty Discolite
Conion C-100 + C-126
Lasonic TRC975 + TRC931
Helix 4636
etc..

If anyone can help me get any of these (in good order) or similar - advice/guidance/sale...get in touch.

GF 777 s are on Ebay constantly. Be careful with Chinese sellers though. A wel respected member here is Peppin ( Peppinhk on Ebay)
He offered a few Gf 1000 s for sale on Ebay in the past.

What do I need to watch out for with the Chinese sellers - I've noticed quite of few of these on e-Bay using the same photo set for multiple different listings on the same model box (have they got warehouses full of them or are they trying to rip me off!?).

Chinese sellers tend to rip you off , yes. Just be very careful.
