Just bought a PC-550 on Ebay and I it needs a handle and the side plates . Anyone can help me please .
i have the side plates in black i think they might need to be re painted though.i dont have the handle.
I can paint ... No problem ..
The handles are pretty common, I sure someone can hook you up, the hard parts IMO were the plates.
Good luck!
JVC Floyd hooked me up with the side panels now I just need the handle ..
Willing to pay good money for a handle . Please some one help ?
YAY !!! Floyd!
Brick,
I'm just passing along a piece of advise, when I first got here, I was very "in a rush" (NOT saying that you are here), but what I found especially with this site, is that sometimes the responses can take hours, days, sometimes weeks and rarely MONTHS for someone to step up. This truely is a worldwide membership here from all over the world. Sometimes it can take a bit to get a response and part delivered.....you really have to be patient.
But most times you will not be disappointed.......

Nice offer on that 550.... half of the $500 asking price was a very good deal.... If I would have known it would have gone for that I would have picked it up myself... Glad you got it though... I really don't need it at this point in time...
LOL I didn't need it either but I didn't have one so ...... Well you know .. I just wanted one .
One of my regrets is when I started collecting is that I didn't consider the condition or completeness of a box to be as big of importance as I do now. I now require boxes in my collection to be more complete and functional than I did initially. If I could go back in time I would buy less... and hold out longer before pulling the trigger.
ME-->
1) Develop a desire for Box A.
2) Purchase Box A the first chance I get almost regardless of condition.
3) Purchase a "better example" of Box A the next chance I get.
4) Purchase a parts box for Box A to fix up my first two purchases.
5) Finally find a very nice example of Box A and purchase it at a premium.
6) Look at 4 Box A's on my shelf.
7) Develop a desire for Box B.
