Hi Walkgirl! I need to mention that I have a Sony ZX-7 mini boombox that is in great shape and everything works on it! I bought it a few years ago off of someone on this site, but can't remember who (sorry). I paid $100 for it and used it a few times, but now it just sits on a shelf getting dusty. Not sure if your interested, but willing to sell it to you for same amount I paid for it, but shipping to Holland would be expensive. It isn't a big radio, so that may deter shipping costs. but over here in the usa , and specifically in florida --

Hey, there! Do you know what the makes, models and production years are of the boomboxes in your July 31, 2008 post? The top and bottom units of that electronic "pyramid" look quite unusual--sort of like lying-down speakers with an electronics strip attached to them.
