I am new to stereo to go and i'm looking for a battery compartment door for my Lasonic LPC 82.. My first working old school boombox

I'm shocked to see how many people are into collecting boomboxes and i'm anxious to start.

I dont have a camera right now but lemme go around the web and find a pic..

That pic's the boombox but here the speakers are detached and upside down for some reason..

anyway.. its clean works real nice got it for $12! the only issues are that tapes cant FF and the battery door is missing..
Anyone?

i can tell you that the lpc 82 battery cover is specific to that box ,maybe the lpc 85 is the only other lasonic that shares that same battery cover only cuz the lpc 85 is almost the same box ,these do thump pretty good tho i had 2 of them in the past.

ah.. well in case my mission to find a replacement fails.. anyone got any suggestions to temporarily fix my problem?

Duct tape? Make my own?
