Alrighty, I'm not looking for anything specific, though my eye's been on a Conion. The tape deck can be broken, or even removed if you'd like to save it for parts, as I plan on using an iPod and some velcro. Aesthetic damage is also largely a non-issue as I'll be shouldering this at least 2-3 times a week, and it'll see wear.

Anyway, if there's anyone with something that fits this description, let me know! My last blaster was a GF-777, and I'm not looking to downgrade the sound... but I'm judging the sound at 5+ on the dial, as anything less... well... what's the point? A whisper isn't going to bring smiles to the faces I pass on the street like that GF-777's bellow was.

hey, if you are looking for a ghettoblaster, look in the news for a event in ur town called e-waste day or electronic waste collection day. in my town it is a  humongus pile of anything electronic, stereos, pcs, laptops, tvs, anything and in my town they let me and abunch of others take whatever we want.

the laptoop that iim typing this on came from there !! completely free! in my past years going to this once a year event i have gotten many pcs, laptops and the best of all, a handful of ghettoblasters.
