just like to add...i need info on the cassette output stages (pre amp) as the cassette sounds different..louder on each channel...but radio line in are fine...all help apriciated thanks...

Im upside down im 80 percent sure it's a cap fault....maybe if i wear a cap when im tilted i.ll be fine

well when I read above about YOUR Ballance being out of Whack; all I could think of was Capacitor's and thimking that you should have allready thunk of that, So then I came up with the Idea that you were simply Tilted - and then it all made Sense

Well box fixed...cleaned all swiches,,,,turns out it was a dirty record switch......now this thing sounds absolutley superb...
Yaaay I knew you weren't tilted & you would figure this out
