Ebay and Really Expensive to ship anything Overseas especially Down there - Under- Since have in past years bought from all over world and after the ONE TIME waiting for something sent via SEAMAIL - Never again !!! am I Waiting more than Several months to get something...

Real simple You want something , buy it , then have it shipped air-mail; AND IF YOU ARE WANTING TO KNOW HOW MUCH IT KOST'S TO SHIP - then you Really didn't want this TRC-795, in the first place....

Hi,I think for you to purchase one of these,one will cost you quite alot of cash,and shipping will also cost you quite a bit too,they do come up for sale from time to time but it will come down to a battle of who has the most cash and who is willing to pay the most,because the 975 is on alot of peoples wish list..hope you find one..your lucky,i think lasonic actually sold in oz,i'm in uk,lasonic never sold boomboxes here so for us to get one,we would have to ship one in from over seas..

Couple of weeks ago, I've seen TRC-975 mint one, with the packing box on yahoo.japan, they show up on there from time to time.

I believe shipping cost from Japan to Australia would be less, than from the US.
So keep an eye on yahoo.jp

that one on yahoo sold for 32.000 yen james,thats around $420,or £260,i've bought things from yahoo japan,shipping from japan to england was about £150,or $240,but buying things from japan,you have to go through a "middle" shipping agent because you cant join yahoo japan directly in your own name,you create an account with the middle agent and they bid on your behalf,then whatever you win gets shipped from the seller to the middle shipping agent,then the agent ships it on to you,i'm not sure what the middle man charges but they have numerous charges,and it costs quite a bit..you may end up paying at least double or more..
