haha i may be able to help you on the pj33...i had 3 not sure where they are at the moment....personally i wouldn't bother with the 35...it has less power and dosen't sound a patch on the 33....would you be interested in trading one of your walkmans for one of these???...you would need to pay post wich wouldn't be cheap from the uk....also what voltage are you???we are 230v over here

230V here too fortunately. postage would be the issue LOL as they are a reasonably heavy unit from what i remember.

yea...there quite heavy but a small unit....im guessing postage would be around £80.tracked...but these do pop on ebay quite oftern and they usally sell for around the £40 mark...hope this helps

This is one of the best boombox I've ever wanted back in the 80s but couldn't afford back then. Tried looking for one last couple of months ago but end up buying the JVC mini component system. Almost closed a deal with a seller named 'Decent man for u' on the PJ-55 but unfortunately he never replied.

Thats true mate, it is one of the best sounding boomboxes of the 80's and the recording was very good too

your better off staying well clear of dm4u.....least thats what people recommend around here

Don't get me wrong my friend...i personally liked dm4u (james) but quite a few deals went sour....so yup caution is advised
