Try to find a beat up CS-J88 on Yahoo Jp, and use it for parts. I could be wrong, but I doubt if your going to find a passive radiator that doesn't need to be refoamed.

Yeah guys seen this one already, way to pricey works out to be £63.50, u know the old saying theres 2 hopes, Bob Hope & no Hope, thats why that seller Antennas are still on ebay. People have more sense than to buy those.

You could always try making him an offer?

glen - 2013-01-30 09:48

Don't think so nick, Two disadvantages, in the states, and States postal/shipping costs, maybe even Custom fees/Import tax.

You might be able to get new antennas that are the right size, check CPC online and search for telescopic antenna, measure the ones you have in mm and compare with CPC.
As for the rad, repair it with a foam yourself, measure it and buy that size surround.
I think those are your simplest options to restore and cheapest too.

stereo.mad - 2013-01-30 10:38

Glen you can buy new antennas in maplins they have all different sizes bro

glen - 2013-01-30 12:54

Yeah i was thinking that too but then i thought i wanted to keep the look authentic, but in saying that i may have to go down that route eventually, who knows.

I've bought new aerials off eBay UK...found all sorts of sizes and pretty cheap. Got ones to fit my GF9191 that were a couple of quid each and fit perfectly. Not as good as originals but better than bust ones

glen - 2013-01-30 14:35

Yeah true Northerner
