Philips Moving Sound

Hi, I'm new here. I've only just discovered this site and I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I've been looking for a Philips moving sound D8088 in yellow. I was wondering if anyone had one for sale or knew where I could track one down. I would be very grateful.

Yes, I got one. They look awesome, but they don't quite sound good on it's own. Sound really good with a pair of headphones though.
Can't sell it though. Got it from my grandma, so it has a special meaning to me. They tend to show up on Dutch marketplace sites. Where are you from?
Do tell why you want one of these?

Hi everyone, thanks so much for the warm welcomes. I'm so glad I found this site.
I'm in the UK and I'm pretty much on an 80's retro vibe at the moment which is why I'm trying to track down the yellow moving sound. I had one when I was younger and you are right ElektroNeko, they do look good but I am bound to say that as I am very partial to yellow. My sister dislikes the colour which she describes as forced happiness LOL.

ElektroNeko Do you by any chance know any links for these Dutch sites? I would appreciate it.

I have to warn you though: They often don't ship to the UK.

They have so many mouth watering vintage electronics in Netherlands, advertised in marktplaats.nl, though not many boomboxes.
But the sad part is that no one even respond to my inquiries in either English or Google translated Dutch!
Any help from Dutch citizens here will be appreciated.

The problem is that they think that broken Dutch or English reactions are attempts to scamming. That fear is quite big over here.

Hi guys, thanks for the link and the info about the Dutch sites. It's a shame that they don't respond to British enquiries. I shall keep my eye out and let you guys know if I have any luck.
