I've bought this lot in murch

still not received.
Three monthes he told me that he've send it and asked me to wait. When I've opened the dispute - he said the saim and assked the same, but nobody saw postal receits, nor dispatch date.
Today I've noticed this Item

In his emails he still asks me to wait for "my" item.

Seems like it's time to claim to the police.
As ebay will do nothing I guess... powerseller made his fraud-deel perfect...

i am almost certain this seller is a member here -- its hughes --

i have bought 4 boxes from him --sometimes he was very slow -- but it all ended up ok -
--we just need some member from canada - near him - to step up and give him this alert --

He was on email this evening and promised to make a refund.
I will be away on vocation for two weeks, I will report the end of the story when return.
