This isnt meant to be an advertisment for the site mentioned, but they seem like good business. I bought 10 D Tenergy 10000 mAh, rechargeable batteries from them back in Feb, and recently one batery is all screwy. I did drop it right before a charge and now when i pop it in the charger, the red charge light goes on for 10 seconds then stops. Basically this one said battery doesnt want to charge anymore.

So I email their customer service and they send me a form to fill out and email back. Or i can call the number and get a Cust. Servive Rep. So i call the number and after a real quick explaination of my problem, she is sending me one new battery with out me having to send the old one back or anything.

Bottom line, they were the least bit of a pain in the ass about my issue. I would give them my loot down the line again.

Little update:

I called about ONE defective battery. These peoples sent me 4 D batteries. At $7.50 a piece they sent me $30 worth of free batteries with them taking the shipping charge.

Not bad. Use this company man. Shoot i forgot who recomended them to me in the first place but good lookin out guy.
