and when I went to pay for it His account was suspended so i sent an e-mail asking what was going on and got no response for a couple weeks then all I got was an e-mail say i can pay for it. so I asked if a certain date was ok to pay and again got NO response from him tell a couple more weeks when he filed an non pay bidder against me. Sorry I will not complete an auction when the account was suspended and never get responses to e-mails, I just have a feeling that the radio would have been a no show. So all I can say is stay away from his auctions.

Did you save the page that said his paypal account was suspended? If you did you can send this to eBay and they will remove the non-pay from your status.

BTW Brian, are you feeling a little squeezed by the sheer number of three piece units you have? PM me with what you may consider selling! I may be in the market depending on what it is!
