Hey everyone I just got hthis Technics SA-CO5S in full working order and man the sound is on real I heard of 3 piece boomboxes but this one sound is amzing it sounds even better than the the JVC RC-M70 but to compare it to a 3 piece it blows the JVC- PC-55 and 550 away with ease and it sounds just as good as the Sanyo C9 and controls are the quality feel. This is a must have for any collection not to mention the fantastic packng and great communication from the seller. I want to thank herstuffhisstuff for a great job thanks man. This the man to buy from very good I would buy from again.

till right now -- i had assumed that techniques boxes were just cosmetic upgrades to panasonics.

Sorry, have to completely disagree here. I own both models, and the PC-55 eats the SC-05 for lunch overall. The JVC has a much better deck, better top end, and better flat EQ sound.


The SC-05 is nice, but not that nice.

I have both JVC's the PC-55 and the PC-550 both in mint condition and they both are loud and clear but are bass shy boomers however this Technics is a true power house and the deck is as of the Panasonic RX-7000 very high quality and tugh. I will post a video someday to prove the comparism this Technics is not that big but it delivers big sound even the bass is very impressive. The sound is up there with the Sanyo C-9 and the Yamaha PC-9 so watch out PC-55 and PC-550 Technics will eat both of ya for breakfast. I beleave this Technics was not played that often or I just broke it in cause it sounds sick. Don't get me wrong PF I like both JVC's but if u have a minty Technics like mine trust me you'll agree with me. One thing I do a lot is sound comparism and I barely use the JVC PC-55 and 550 cause it does not sound that great I'm into deep bass sound and these dont deliver that now the M50-M70-M90 Sony CFS-9000 Fisher PH-480K Sanyo M-9998K Tecsonic MX-900 Telefunken HiFi Studio 1M and Uher .

Not bad Lopez you got a good deal for that Technics as a matter of fact I was debating on bidding on it. Congrats she looks mint I think these are rare ones.

I have a boxed one of these in the dark bronzey colour and i agree with lopez the sound is superb,not the bassiest box in the world but a serious bit of kit non the less

Ok, I post this everywhere I see word *Technics* - can't believe they discontinued this brand!!! Used to be my favorite - and I still have some Technics equipment from 10-15 years ago - and I'll keep it - until my grandchildren take it from my cold dead hands.

But more on topic - L Lopez - congrats - REALLY!! Awesome box!

Thanks fellas I really didn't though any of it I was just curious thinking I'll buy it if I don't like it I'll sell it but I'm very impress with the sound it expands very well like a mini system withthat said this one is a keeper .
