handle it !!
huge thanks to pan fan --
for sending me a real nice handle to fit my aiwa CA-70 today --
he would not accept any money for the VALUABLE handle or even the fedex --
all he asked is that i post less often --
and with more quality !!
(yeah right)
----------------------
more seriously --
this box was much too good , too heavy and too rare -
- to be carried around with a velcro strap --
and the exact design/tolerances of the connection pins would not permit some home-made piece of wood or even an aluminum fab --
so it need the serious factory handle -
thanks ALOT, bill
i did make an s2g donation --and suggest to all that the donation route is a fair way to go --whenever a kind member wont take our money
here are some pictures :
PF is a cool dude......congrats......and stop posting all this crap IRA.....
yeap that the way to go the original handle pan your the man

Thanks for the kind words. It's actually the second handle that was mailed, but the first to make it there. Now the CA-70 can cruise in the golf cart, ready to be carted off to have its picture taken with one of the "beach bunnies of Boynton"
bill -- the CA-70, at least to me --is much too nice to get bounced around on a golf cart
plus --the beautiful sound --and the bass from the center radiator --is somewhat subtle/quiet
so, its not like a drive around outdoor BOOMbox !!
sure does sound terrific, though -
thanks alot again for the handle

the CA/70 and CA-W20 are deffo indoor quality sounding units. They are kind of like the CS880. It's not about loud it's about quality.
yup skippy --its not exactly an outdoor beater
I have one on the way, this excites me!
nice going , james --
its also sounds at least as nice as it looks

Well, my best friend in HS had one of these, bought it new. It absolutely cranked indoors or out, at least it did new. The radiator is tricky to find working..... I have bought three, and only one was working properly.
