Hi fellas; Ira does again puts a smile in my face with the Bose Wave radio, One solid built boombox and I call it a boombox cause I have the bag to plug in the dc socket to run it with 10 D cells. The bass is solid and surrounds my living room with deep bass like it was from a system, Also Ira packs like a champion bubble wrapped it very well boxed it, puts peanuts in another box and in it goes, Packed tight. Thanks again Ira as always I will buy many of your boombox toys anytime my friend .

many of us think bose makes only over-priced , over-hyped , yuppie stuff --

this one is 25 years old --and aside from the CD/deck swap --they still make this identical - extremely successful model.

awesome ,i have a bose accoustamass subwoofer in my jeep and let me tell you it sounds better than most large subwoofers it flat out thumps .
