It sad that this is happening to you, I remember when I joined this site which was before that date on the bottom everyone was straight up with everyone else I don't know why this is happening now.

I've sent him a few messages through Ebay messaging, no response. I agree with Fred, something stinks. It's sad, but let's not turn the membership into a torch carrying mob.


Let's all take a step back, and let Fred work this. If he wants/needs assistance, he can do it via PM or email with whoever he requests help from. Yes, we all want it to work out, for both of their sakes. I'm quite certain that Fred appreciates your support and concern, but let's keep him on point since it's his deal.

So..... what was his excuse for the delay in shipping as well as ignoring your emails?

All he said was that he ran into some personal situations that had him tied up. I didn't ask for details but just said that at the very least he could have droped a line or something to let me know he hadn't forgot. At this point I am giving what I think would be a reasonable amount of time (said he'd be home to ship it next week) to see what shakes out.

Fred, he contacted me through Ebay and indicated that he was going to make amends by shipping you something out- didn't specify what, but I PM'd you the note he sent me.

I don't get this guy, he comunicates minimally but doesn't do anything he says. He took your box and doesn't seem to care in the least. Sorry to see OS, this is the one out of a hundred people that turns out to be a turd and sours the trust for everyone else.

Well, I'm still waiting. On 10.19.08 he said the one he bought for a trade had a bad deck and that if he could not get a good one he'd send me the defective one and the Vector back. This works for me as I can get the parts out of the Vector and make the PC-11 whole. If he ever sends them.

Spud had a center section direct delivered to my house from a seller on eBay yesterday evening. I was going to wait for the other unit to come but I just recieved a PM from him saying he bought another whole one on the 'Bay and will have it direct shipped to me as well. I did tell him I aprreciated the extra effort and that all is well in the end.

As I said before, communication is the key here and if I had only been kept up to date and so on this bridge would not have been crossed.

that is really the only way if you get in touch with the person and letting them know ahead of time what the situation is then you can plan ahead,there will be times like these is knowing how to deal with them, freddie good to hear that its been taken care of now we can rest in peace
