Nuts about boomboxnut!

baby.boomer - 2008-08-07 18:34

Just received a bright, shiny Panny 5090 in the original box, with all the trimmings, from boomboxnut, aka hifipanasonic (on eBay). What a find!! (Found it listed in the "for sale" section of this forum back on 8/3.) What a keeper! What a value! What a deal! What a dealer!

Absolutely spotless condition and working perfectly in every way! Super sound, too, which is rare for a box with just a tone control.

Even the original box is new-in-the-box on this one, thanks to it not being manhandled by previous owners and thanks to bbn's fully-padded, double-boxed, bubble-wrapped layers of packing. I used to bring home new stuff from Playback, our local stereo store in Chicago, back in the eighties that wasn't this pristine! Thanks, bbn, for a wonderful bbx and a smooth, fast, easy, jolly transaction!

I challenge any S2G-er to have this satisfying a transaction anywhere, at any time, with anyone. Go ahead; I dare ya!!
