I bought a GF9000 Off this member on ebay on the 3rd,i paid the same day with paypal..he emailed me and said he`s boxing it up to send it,he even left me positive feedback for sending the money,anyhow,i still have`nt got it and now it seems the guy has been banned from ebay,,so i reckon i`ve lost my money,AND the stereo...i dont think paypal is going to help me either...

he also was selling his nice m90 auction today,thats been chopped,even the feedback that he left for me has gone...

file a claim now!!!! with paypal. do it !!! do it !! do it !!!

yess guys i did,soon as i noticed he had been banned,i filed a claim immedietly,but they said he has got 20 days to respond,by then he could be well gone..ebay and paypal are getting worse..too easy for someone to run a scamm and get away with it..i think the police should get involved,banning them wont bring buyers money back..its always scammers 1,honest folk 0..

not sure how paypal works across the pond but if you file a claim paypal puts a hold on the other guys $$$

This sharp gf 9000 boombox was posted out to mr paul brooks on the 6th august 2009, by parcelforce 48 at a cost of 17.99. mr paul brooks was charged 15 p0unds for postage. i have full receipted PROOF that was carried out. if mr brooks did not receive the item on saturday, which he should have done, then i am sorry. but he will receive it. the item is insured. i would appreciate you giving this your urgent attention.
