Ok,Guys and Gals It is With No Pleasure and Total Disgust That I post This Thread.
I have been a Member Here on s2go for Nrly 3 Yrs,Love it and Have Made Some True Freinds on Here. I've Been Involved as Both a Buyer and Seller Here on S2go With a Number of You Guys,i won't Mention everyone's Name,Because I'm Bound To Forget Someone,Suffice to say EVERY TRADE and SALE has Gone PERFECTLY! UNTIL NOW!!!
Here are The facts:
Javier as Most Know Has posted Quite a Bit in The Sale Section Here on S2go.
We Made a Deal for His Sw Radio,a Sony Icf 7600Ds. I Honestly Did The Deal Mainly To Help Him out,But I Did want The radio.
He provided a Pic the radio was used But He assured Me it Did Work,and The Buttons only Needed a Cleaning. Well That is a Bold Face LIE!
The Radio is Seperating From The Case,It is in WAY WAY WAY worse Shape Then He said. It Arrived Completely Dead,I asked That He Pkgd it Properly,He Did Send It USPS priority With Insurance as i asked,But Sent it in an Envelope Rather then a Box.
In all Candor I doubt it would have made much difference.
This Radio DEF HAS signs of PRIOR DAMAGE!!! This was NOT damaged By The USPS,JAVIER DELIBRATLY Sold me a Broken,Dead POS!
I have Tried SEVERAL Times Via p/m And Posted With a Mods Consent A Check P/m In The Chat Section. ALL IGNORED. A PP Invoice For a Refund
and a Reminder ALSO IGNORED! Amazingly JAVIER seems to have vanished!
It is Not The Money,or Even The Radio,Just the Idea,A Fellow Collector of Radios and BBxs Would Ship A Dead Broken Pos Like I Recd,A Member Of Our Small Community,Makes Me Sick!

To Send a Radio in The Condition This Radio is in is Unconsiousable,But Then again,Javier obviously Has No Conscience.

well - if this seller does not give you a 100% refund and a believable story --has has forever blown his chance to sell years and years and perhaps $$thousands in boxes to us-

so the big loss is on his side --

still - he might see the light -
and come thru --hope so

Wow Jared it chaps my hide and saddens me to hear when deals like this happen. I hope Javier steps up and does the right thing or that you at least get a refund through PP. Rest assured the overwhelming majority of S2G members are honest and honerable.

Thanks guys,unfortunatly for me,i pd javier with a mo. I sent him a Pp invoice for the refund,i won a couple radios on ebay this wknd,and i asked him if he wanted to wait for me to put More in PP(meaning i would not have pd for prob an addtl 3-4 days) or if he wanted a mo. Stupid me,i sent a mo,the very next day we agreed upon him selling the radio to me. If i had used PP for the sale,I would DEFINATLY have filed a dispute,i asked for the refund with pp,especially if he wants the radio back,i have to pay shipping both ways. why he would want it back is beyond me but he's welcome to have it back. Upon my rec of a refund I'll gladly ship this Pos back,No prob!

is that he already got a great mark from mehyar ,
just a few days ago --so there is still a chance on this -- ok

Javier is a new member, and as such doing business with them at first is risky until they establish their credibility. So far its +1 and a HUGE -1.

OK . I don't want to make stories because. I;m personally tired of histories all my life.. I will send you a refund of 30.00 dollars and matter of fact I don't want anything back.. You can either trash the radio or do whatever you want to do with the radio.. and at this very point I don't want to defend myself because to my own opinion I don't need to defend myself.so I will just greatly appreciate that you send me your full address in this link and I will get a money order tomorrow and I will send the money order tomorrow. you don't need to send anything back..

here;s the money order for the amount of 30.00 dollars . I have bought the money order today because the post office doesn't open sundays..anyways.. I would like you to post a picture of the money order once you received. it should match the serial number 12359824470 and it was printed on 2008-07-14 post office 92069 amount $30.00 dollars. clerk 0003. as previously stated in my previous responses.. You don't need to send me the radio. you can have it yourself or just trash it.

In response to your post panasonic fan. the reason for posting the picture is just to make sure that everyone sees that I have in fact sent a money order to jared. he started to nail me down since saturday and the post offices are closed on saturday and sundays.but I really appreciate that you are giving him a hand.. I really think that a moderator is someone that should not interfere with the bussiness of 2 members and I really think that you are giving a hand to jared that;s my personal opinion and you are more than welcome to respond.

I believe you deserve credit for responding quickly once the issue was made public. I'm not entirely certain how long it was from the time he received the item, until you didn't respond in PM, to this thread being created. If you feel he didn't give you a reasonable amount of time to respond in PM, that's between you two.

I don't believe that I have interfered. When he contacted me regarding your lack of response to his PM's, I simply left you a PM asking you to respond to him regarding your transaction. That's it.
