I sold a Victor RD-MD5 to this buyer at early Mar 2008. The buyer agreed on surface shipping option and had be reminded it takes 8-12 weeks for delivery. But he file PayPal chargeback for non-receipt of package on late April and PayPal "accidentally" reverse my money back to him.. but the fact is the package had been arrived after 8 days PayPal made this stupid action.. Now, this scumbed disappears and never reponse to my email. He hold both my money and the RD-MD5 without paying..

That sux I hate when they do stupid things like that and really these folks that are doing these childs play Paypal charge back should really grow the fuk up. I went through that with a looser but I guess he needed the money more than I did as I'm still here and he is not. I feel for you peppin as this man is a really oustanding seller very good and a fair seller as well why would they do that I guess only to us good sellers only. I hope it works out at the end keep us posted peppin take care man.

Sorry to hear that Peppin. The system is so skewed. I think that's why I have really never tried to sell anything because the agents(PayPal, etc.) will not take the facts into account first. You did good by saving your transaction history as they should get you your money. If not through him they should compensate you since it was their goof not getting the truth first.

In fact I do appeal to PayPal twice for this claim but unfortunately they rejected my appeals.. I did the appeal at third time with confirmed delivery tracking details and PayPal concluded my appeal is success.. But it's already too late as PayPal did reverse my $$ to this scumbed.. Anyway... nelson with scammer buyers out there it gets tougher but the the fight is on as sellers we can still fight back perhaps we can all write to ebay I write to them once every week I'm sure they're getting fed up with me but I'm sure I'm not the only one. Goodnight fellas.
