rimmer you wont belive one of the tires from his rv came off because of the vibration Laugh Out Loud

tim --i think ALL these medium size 3 piece boxes --even including the great tele studio M1 --are limited by their case size --and thus they are not big , real deep bass hitters --
the panny C100 is the best of all of them (imho)

the pioneer CK design is the great exception --

a BIG 3 piecer like the fisher 480 will wipe all the other smaller 3 piece jobs

also -- oldskool is almost(!) an excellent source for these type comparos

Im loosing tires all the time since im not 18 stone anymore Laugh Out Loud so we have something in common Big Grin.

mmmmmmm strange i used my fisher 480 the other night i found it lacked warmth in the bass dept its a damn loud box but the aiwa 880 sounds much warmer imho yea i sure would like one of those big pioneer.s again while i love my pioneer909 i find they havn't got much warmth.

redbenjoe - 2008-06-25 17:13

sold my 480 long ago --so cant do the side-by-side thing --
just memory and lots of happy s2g 480 owners says that its got a big, warm high quality output-
alot like your 880--- maybe better Leaving

Thanks Ira. I have been so busy lately that I STILL haven't posted my PC-3 review. Let alone comparos. Soon I'll be back home for at least six months so more time can be dedicated to my collection. Smile

I saw the pic Skip posted of the box. Looks meneacing. If it were a Vector it would really look mean! Laugh Out Loud
