I bought a boombox from henrytai - a member in Hong Kong. Boombox arrived in near perfect condition and as advertised. Just FYI(for your information)

Hum.... I need to ask Sharpie45 from whom he got his DEAD... I mean DEAD 777. It came from China and was sold as if it were a perfect jewel! But, it is DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, i had made a purchase with xd62. Unfortunately, i never got my BBX. It was a Conion c-126. I paid for it, sent the money to xd62 and he shipped out the BBX and sent me a tracking number.

I checked the tracking number one day, and it said that the Canadian customs had returned it BACK to the seller. Why? I still have no idea. Although this happened, i contacted xd62 and he IMMEDIATELY refunded my money...in full without any hassle.

What did the Conion c-126 look like, and in what condition...i guess i'll never know. But xd62 gave me NO hassles whatsoever.

I bought a 777 from henrytai too but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I'm in consultation with him now about what to do about it. Hopefully it will be resolved.

I bought my first GF 777 from Lesalbert in Taiwan.
The box arrived fast and perfectly.

well i guess that buying from this particular chinese sellers will be like playing russian roulette.
And i guess everybody knows this..These discussion have been up on here for long time.

I for myself know a guy who bought a C-126 from xd62/guangding and it arrived in perfect condition as described.

somehow i do have the feeling that this roulettegame is only going on with the 777's.
Or does anyone have any bad experience with another box from this seller?
Every story about his bad reputation is about 777's.

And as we all know, there are still great sellers with very great prices in china/HongKong like peppin and henrythai.
xd62 seems like a black sheep in the chinese seller-family.

My Conion C126 from xd62 was like new, straight out of the box almost.

This was a bonus, as the seller DIDN'T say it was like new, with all protective plastic all over the controls.

Thing is the left channel does have some issues. But who knows whether this happened in transit or not. So, as KS said, its really a game of russian roulette.

Plus I only paid 1 dollar for it and it arrived in under 10 days from there to Germany.

I think Vlad said his arrived in about 4 days if you take into account that China is a day ahead of Texas. Box was shipped on the 10th and arrived on the 13th.

Please take time to read HERE

We need to avoid these bad sellers as a collective. Otherwise this kind of thing will just keep going on.
