Recieved unit back that customer filed a not as decribed case for. Customer stated that speakers were dried from age and had holes in them. Epay sided with them. Well here is the condition i got unit back. Missing 2 screws from back, 2 screws missing from L.E.D. Board that holds it in place and pause button broken (repaired with parts from other panny). Here is the kicker .....................SPEAKERS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!!
Called Epay on this and they basically said "go out and get some screws they cant be more than $5 and basically since it was over $250 i should file a police report" OR................ i said OR they can note that this was just buyers remorse on their account!!!! Basically this is acceptable by Epay.
My question to you guys is should i post this buyer or not???

It sound like he use your box for parts to fix his, I would take pictures of damage and speakers being in good condition and call customer service and push the issue explaining that the buyer try scamming you and stole parts from your box and appeal the decision. Reason why I take detail picture and video and don't offer free shipping, is due to buyers like the one you had to deal with, won the case everytime.

All to common occurance nowadays. I sold a piece of electronic equipment on ebay and stated emphatically, No refunds or returns. As-is condition. Was working when removed but may not work upon receipt, no warranty. I can't control the buyer's installation of the piece therefore I can't accept return. All listed in the ad, had questions about it and I answered them with "no I won't refund your money if it doesn't work because I can't verify if you install it correctly or not. Wouldn't you know it, the buyer won and then said it didn't work, I said I am truly sorry and it did work when I removed it, quoted my ad and said, possibly shipping damage? He filed claim against me with paypal, I fought it with paperwork and paypal sided with buyer, seized my account and gave their money back stating the item wasn't as described! Buyer sent me back a non working item, I told paypal it wasn't in that condition when I sent it out, paypal said its my word against the buyer's word?? I had several hundred, 100% Positive feedback rating, no neutral or negative, with ebay for 10 years, he just joined a month before with +3 feedback. My positive feedback and years of honest selling/buying meant nothing to paypal or ebay. I stopped selling and closed those accounts. Crapbay, paypal is NO GOOD to their sellers in my opinion. List the buyer so others can decide weather to deal with them or not?
