Its a sad day for the forum IMO.  Andy's a top bloke and has been really helpful to me as a relative newbie with help and advice on boxes via text and on the forum, as well as the odd chat about the world outside boxes!

I for one will miss his input to the forum and our regular box related ramblings.

I can see why Andy gets down...si but the guy is a pillock his record for keeping a box is less than 3 weeks....and he wonders why he ain't got any.....i think he held on to my m90 for less than a month.....that says something si

he doesnt keep them long,ive had some good units off him,

in his own words he gets bored with them quickly,

ive just got the wife thats fed up with seeing them around the house

he is nice enough bison i have met him......there are 2 members like this...i still have your rotel mate....and it's cream crackered in bits......i may be letting it go soon...not sure, im the opposite im a hoarder.....but nobody wants my boxes from the shed....there soon to be gone to the dump though...as i plan on moving in the future and i can't take all this junk with me

i couldnt resist buying cheapo units off flea markets when i found em, it was getting out of control like hoarding,now i pass em by and have gave a few i had away,

a trip to the dump may be on the cards for me too

i agree guys, andy is a real nice guy but i think he's interest in boxes is more something to do out of boredom rather than for the real love of em.

he has had some real nice boxes over the few year iv'e known him but i think he gets more pleasure from helping other members rather than himself. btw Bison pics of the 575 would be nice

thats the only issue with the unit the tuner.. that and a very slight ding on the speaker grill stops it being a minter,the ding is an easy fix though.

it looks and feels like its hardly been used so im surprised the tuner is out,

my to do list just keeps growing

If so, andy lad. Think about it. I made a quick decision, and, have regretted it deeply. Mine, was made for medical reason`s. Whatever yours is, just, have a long think. I don`t want you feeling, like i did, after it sunk in. 10yrs of collecting, gone.

just come on to say thanks to everyone for all your messages-very kind-reno-i had your m90 for a lot longer than a month mate-i promise you thati sold it in another part of my life where the financial situation wasnt good enough to keep it sadlyits only of late ive not been able to keep anything long due in part i think to a lack of current interest and that fact that i just hadnt found the right one (was longing for a sanyo 920 or aiwa 950 lol)-i see this to be honest as more of a time out for me while i see how things go for a while-azz buddy you hit the nail on the head when you said its through boredom too-never a truer word said bro
