I think to add value to this kind of post it would be worth adding exactly why you think this.  Otherwise we'll be lending credibility to any claim of wrong-doing.

The pictures of the Discolite are clearly BadBoyBills (see his other pics here) The seller is using Bill's photos in his auction. A clear violation of Ebay rules unless you specify that they are not actual photos of the item...which the seller did not.
